Result Records
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Firstname | First name associated with the number in the source dataset |
| Linked email address — key for cross-reference with Person Search | |
| Phone | Matched phone number confirming the record |
| Gender | Associated gender if present in source data |
| Program | Subscription or program type from the source dataset |
| Notes | Secondary phone numbers or additional identifiers |
| Source | Dataset origin (e.g., US - Mobile Phone) |
| Source Type | Classification: leak, public_record, etc. |
ℹ️
Records showing "Unknown" in the name field mean the name was absent from the source dataset — not that no match was found. Take the email address and run a Person Search to retrieve the full identity profile.
Step 06Confidence Scoring
Analyze the Results Summary
The results summary panel shows a high-level overview with confidence scores for each matched record. Mobile searches frequently show "Low" scores — this is expected and does not mean the phone number wasn't found.

💡 Low score ≠ no match. The phone number was confirmed in the dataset. Low confidence reflects missing name/identity fields in the source record.

Results Summary
| Score | Range | Mobile Search Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| 🟢 Good | 80–100% | Strong match — name, email, and phone all confirmed in source dataset |
| 🟡 Moderate | 60–79% | Partial match — phone confirmed, some identity fields present |
| 🔴 Low | <60% | Phone number matched but identity fields missing or unverified in source |
🎯
Key insight: A "Low" confidence score on a mobile search does not mean the phone number wasn't found. It means the associated breach record lacked full identity metadata. The number itself was confirmed in the dataset.
Step 07Follow-Up Modules
Run Additional Modules
After the search, OSINT 360 surfaces a "What's Next?" panel with targeted follow-up investigation options for the same phone number. Each module costs approximately ~1 credit and runs automatically in the same chat thread.

Tips & Best Practices
Apply these techniques to get accurate results, work efficiently, and stay compliant when running mobile number investigations in OSINT 360.
📞 Phone Number Formatting
✦ Always Use Country Code
Include the + prefix and country code every time. +15550343955 queries global breach datasets; 5550343955 alone misses international records where the number is stored with a country prefix.
✦ Use E.164 Standard
Format: +[country code][number] — no dashes, no spaces, no parentheses. This is the canonical format used by breach databases worldwide and yields the highest match rate.
✦ Try Both Formats if Results Are Sparse
If E.164 returns no results, try the local format as a secondary search. Different breach datasets index numbers with varying formats; a fallback query can surface additional records.
✦ Remove All Punctuation
Strip dashes, spaces, and parentheses before submitting. The platform handles this automatically but clean input ensures consistency across international number formats.
🔗 Cross-Reference Strategy
✦ Email → Person Search
Any email found in mobile results is a direct link to a fuller profile. Run it through Person Search (discovery_person) to retrieve name, location, professional history, and social accounts.
✦ Email Intelligence Lookup
Use the Email Intelligence Lookup module on found emails for deeper breach coverage — it cross-references multiple breach databases and can surface additional linked accounts.
✦ Sanctions Before Compliance Decisions
Always run Sanctions Check before any compliance-sensitive action. It simultaneously checks OFAC, UN, EU, and Interpol watchlists in a single ~1 credit operation.
✦ Understand "Low" Confidence Scores
A Low score on a mobile search means identity metadata was absent in the breach source — it does not mean the phone number wasn't matched. The match is confirmed; the score reflects data completeness.
